Please make sure you pick the right date and time, because:

  • No Show appointments are not refunded.

  • Cancellations in less than 24hours before appointment are refunded only in half (50%). Regardless of the reason.

  • Reschedules could be done using the "Cancel/Change" button from the confirmation email not less than 24 hours before the appointment.

  •  no reschedules in less than 24 hours before your appointment.
